In business for over 15 years with approximately 150 employees and a large fleet of trucks and heavy equipment for all development purposes. Portfolio of Holdings includes commercial, industrial, multi-Units and residential real estate. Being self-made, he understands the different distressed homeowner situations that can arise from life situations and provides SoCal Homes the monetary fund needed to buy homes cash from distressed homeowners from all walks of life.
Andy Choi, Co-Founder
Andy Choi Founder/President of apparel manufacturing business since 2010. Always Me Clothing, to grossing $3.4 million in sales in the first 4 years when he went into business for himself. As the clothing retailed business evolved, Andy decided it was time to look for a new business venture. Being enamored with the concepts and science behind real estate and having learned the technical skills of construction from his father, he transitioned from fashion apparel to Investing in Real Estate. Andy’s goal is to change the way real estate investors and contractors work together to build, design and remodel homes in Southern California. Giving back to the community is part of his passion and Andy wants to help others cultivate their dreams.

After graduating with a Bachelor Degree in International Trade, Mathieu went on to study his MBA in Business Development and Marketing Strategy at IPAG PARIS Business School and subsequently found himself fully immersed in the Luxury Industry of his native Paris, France, working as a Sales Manager, Brand Manager and Consultant for top high-profile brands such as Rolex, Johnnie Walker and Printemps Paris, developing a strong proficiency in the European Luxury Market.
